Snowfall in the winter makes Jackson Hole a popular destination for skiing, snowshoeing, and snowboarding.
In spring, summer, and autumn, some of the best things to do in Jackson Hole include hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and viewing birds, wolves, elk, and bison. The Snake River also offers opportunities for rafting and trout fishing.
Where to Stay
If luxury skiing is on the itinerary, stay in Teton Village for its 2,500-acre Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Snake River Lodge, Gravity Haus, and The Alpenhof are some highly rated hotels.
