If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, we offer free U.S. exchanges through our Returns Center. You can exchange for a different size or color instantly.

Free U.S. Exchanges
Returns
U.S customers can return any order for a flat rate of $9. VIP Rewards Members* qualify for free U.S. returns. Your original form of payment will be credited, less the $9 return fee.
Gift Returns
Gift returns are eligible for store credit less a $9 return fee.
Return Policy
Returns or exchanges must be processed within 30 days* and returned to us in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair). International orders, orders exceeding the 30 day window, or items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please note: any additional duties and taxes for international delivery will not be refunded.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping
We ship as fast as we can using UPS, USPS, OnTrac, FedEx, and DHL, so you can start enjoying your gear as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated at checkout, but transit time can take up to 6 days. For orders placed with Expedited Two-Day Shipping, we use the fastest carrier available for the package. Please note that transit times apply only to weekdays, and we cannot ship to PO boxes. Expedited Two-Day Shipping orders placed by 9am MST, Monday through Friday, will ship same day (except for on holidays due to warehouse closure). Please contact us if you have any shipping questions. Also, please add any extra delivery instructions to the comment section of your order.

International Shipping
We use DHL to ship internationally. International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered in our shipping rates. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Damaged Shipments
We've vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to info@topodesigns.com. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address for a second delivery attempt).
UPS My Choice
One of Topo Designs’ preferred couriers is UPS, and they offer a delivery management tool that some customers may find useful. UPS My Choice offers deeper tracking details, as well as personalized delivery options. Please be aware that some features are free while others are pay-to-use.
*To be eligible for free U.S. ground shipping & free U.S. returns on all orders as a VIP Rewards Member, customers must have created an account and qualified for (or maintained) VIP status by spending $250 on previous orders over the last 365 days. Gift card redemptions, sales tax, and shipping are not included in the $250 threshold.
