How long will it take to get my personalized order?
Every item is made just for you. Personalization adds up to 10 business days to your order’s processing time.Note: Expedited shipping won’t speed up personalization.
What personalization services do you offer?
We currently offer personalization only on select best selling colors and style. Got something else in mind? Drop us a note at info@topodesigns.com
If I order a personalized item and a non-personalized item, will they ship together?
No, they ship separately. Non-personalized items will typically ship first. You’ll get separate tracking numbers for each, automatically sent your way.
What if I entered the wrong text, number, or shipping address?
Reach out to us so we can cancel your order by contacting customer support right away at info@topodesigns.com. We process orders quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed, but if we catch it in time, we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Since each personalized piece is made to order, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do personalized items qualify for the MAP Guarantee™?
Personalization doesn’t come with a warranty, and over time, it may show normal wear with regular use. Our bags, packs and apparel are still covered, read more here.
Can I ship my item back to get personalized?
No, personalization is only offered on new products at checkout at this time.
