I really want to like it

"I generally love topo designs bags, but this one just falls short of greatness. Pros: looks nice on its own, sturdy, padded strap feels good on shoulder, included stabilizer strap is super helpful. Cons: can't be put on any shoulder, only on the right one, odd tapered shape can be bulky when packed full, doesn't look sleek or fashionable when worn in the front when commuting."

Great daily sling

"Love this little bag! I like the dump bag style of it. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is just the fit. I wish that you could change it from left to right. I also feel like the strap is too small. Usually I am right at the end of the strap."

"Arrived 2 days earlier than expected, which is always appreciated. The bag had a minor tear along the top seal which intially was concerning but the bag itself is wrapped fine and undamaged. Appears as shown in photos. Looking forward to using it."

"Love this for travel or just getting out in the city. Feels small but has surprising carry capacity. Able to easily carry a water bottle, small ipad and other essentials. I always take this with me when I travel and break it out when I want to ditch my larger backpack."

Nice bag

"Love the looks of this bag. Its colors and patterns are beautiful. The bag has two pockets but could use more to improve its functionality. The size of the bag is nice. I wish when wearing it on my shoulder that the fit was better. It constantly slips off."

Works well for a partial day-pack

"Used this bag to tote toiletries to the showers while camping in Yosemite. I liked how it held everything and how the tablet pocket served as a separator for keeping my soap and shampoo from getting on my clothes. The only thing I would change is to have a buckle or something to make putting the pack on and taking it off easier. I had to mentally picture the way it's supposed to be worn before putting it on to get the correct alignment."

Great sling for right shoulder wear!

"I spent a while searching for slings that are designed to wear with the strap across your right shoulder. Most good slings seem to be for the opposite side! I had tried the Patagonia atom sling before, and it’s fine but I didn’t like the look of it on me. Then Topo released this mountain sling! It satisfies so much: being oriented for the correct shoulder, looking great without coming across as too tactical, which isn’t an aesthetic for me. Fits plenty for everyday carry, plus room for a little extra. The main compartment opens nice and wide as well! The only things I’d want different are for the front zipper pocket to be bigger, and I’d always like for more internal organization in Topo bags, but I acknowledge that the simplicity of the sewing helps keep a lot of their bags affordable. I do recommend for anyone who likes right shoulder bags and doesn’t mind a bit of a one compartment situation!"

Nice product, smaller than advertised

"Like all Topo products this is nice looking and well made. I wanted to this bicycle commute with my laptop. It would’ve been perfect if the size advertised but the height was an inch shorter so I returned it."
