It’s weird, a couple of years ago I would have found a small sack like this a little bit superfluous, but I now live somewhere cold and have expanded my definition of “everyday essentials” accordingly. Not that I wouldn’t use this bag in my summer backpacking trips into the Cascades too, but if you spend anytime toting around a Macbook Pro with USB-C connections, you’ll know that dongles, cords, charging blocks and adaptors are crucial. I use my medium size accessory bag to carry all that kind of stuff along with about a dozen other daily necessities. I bought the black X-Pac version, but helpfully the interior is lined with a bright, saturated yellow making it easy for me to spot a pair of small adaptor or pen quickly. The zipper and outside details are well-designed and great to look at. I dig this bag and happily recommend it.
