Good bag, holds stuff, shoulder strap frays
"I have been using this bag as a daily commuter on the bus and train in Chicago to the office. Carry it only as a messenger bag. I love the external pockets which hold my keys, wallet and small items. The main slightly padded pocket holds my Dell 14 inch laptop with a sleeve. The slightly larger pocket holds a salad, rain jacket, small water bottle. Recently the connecting shoulder strap h ook on the bag is starting to fray. Since it cannot be repaired I am looking for another option."

Best brief/backpack/travel company money can buy
"Loving the Global Briefcase - the perfect bag for work, commute, biking (when in the backpack mode), day trips, travel, conferences. The two external pockets are perfect for smaller storage, while the internal pocket is perfect for larger items (notebooks, lunch, hats, coats, etc). originally had the mountain crossbody bag, but needed a bit more space. This bag is the perfect 'big brother' that I needed. Cannot imagine I will need another bag anytime soon!"

Perfect for personal bag travel.
"I've had this bag since it was released 6 years ago as the Global 3 day briefcase. Its an amazing bag and still looks good as new. Its the perfect personal bag for travel as it fits perfectly in budget airline personal bag sizers, even when fully stuffed. On short weekend trips when I am not wanting to pay extra for a carry on bag, this will easily hold 3 days worth of clothing and toiletries for me. With most airlines now charging for larger carry ons, this bag has easily paid for itself many times over. The sling carry strap is extremely comfortable as well."

Awesome bag
"I love this bag. Only reason for 4 not five stars are the clips for the shoulder straps. They are a total pia to get unclipped. It sucks. It’s a design fail for an otherwise really well designed bag."

Attractive, Robust, & Roomy
"This bag looks incredibly stylish - particularly when paired with my TOPO roll-along, boasts strong seams and robust zippers, all with room for all my computer accessories and daily carry. Kudos!"

My go-to bag for nearly everything
"By far the best laptop bag I've ever owned. It's just the right size for my 14' laptop + a stand, keyboard, mouse, and SSDs. And, plenty of additional room for other items like books, notepads, and more. From simple work sessions at local coffee shops and boarding flights as a personal item, this bag is my go-to for nearly everything. Can't recommend it enough."

Fantastic but wish it had a water bottle holder
"I love this bag. Had it for a few months now and it's the one I reach for the most for my everyday use. I use it exclusively in backpack mode and I love that I can sling it around without taking it off to access whatever I need. A great, unfussy bag that looks great. The one thing I miss is a water bottle pocket. I understand why it wasn't added (since this is really meant to be a briefcase and not a backpack), but if it had one, this would be perfect for me"

Pen holders are missing
"I like the suitcase but have one complaint: there are no designated pockets/holders for pens. That is a disappointment. Finding also that the unused parts of the straps from the backpack are too long and are dangling around. No way to tuck them in neatly."

Tough yet stylish work bag
"All the material, zippers and straps are so well made and durable, to withstand a lot. Yet it’s so stylish and I’ve been complimented on it."

Great travel bag
"Almost the perfect laptop bag for air travel. Load it up and use backpack mode for your trip - Still fits easily under the seat with room for your feet. Unpack it and cinch the compression straps down, and use messenger mode at your destination when you have just the laptop and a few other things to carry. I used it on a trip this week and loved the easy access outside pockets. Some users have complained about lack of internal organization, but I loved the big open middle section to fill with whatever- water bottle, snacks, small pouches for chargers, even my jacket fit in there. And the the separate laptop zipper is so much better than a typical messenger ag where you have to open the flap to get at your stuff. Zippers rock."
