Great birthday gift

"As a gift for my husbands birthday, this travel bag is just the ticket! He travels for a few nights at a time for work and this fits his work lap top and a few outfits. We love the colorway! Topo really has the best travel bags with so many features and we were happy to add another pack to our collection!"

Kind of the PERFECT travel bag

"I've been meaning to write a review for this bag for a while now but every time I remember, I'm always actively on a trip and it would feel like jinxing it, BUT I recently got home from an almost month-long trip to get married in India that took me to 3 corners of the US, to the other side of the world, on 7 flights (4 long-haul) and several super bumpy car rides. And I carried this bag as my carry-on for this doozy of a trip, and stuffed this guy TO THE BRIM. There were a few times I was worried I wouldn't be able to close the zipper, but I shouldn't have worried. I think the best part of the bag is how HARDY it is, from the zippers to the material to the stitching and anything in between. I've put it through a lot and it has never failed me! The full open is amazing from a packing/unpacking perspective (but you have to remember when you're packing that you probably won't be able to fully unzip it on an airplane. ) The pockets work for so many things. It took me a few short trips to figure out the right (efficient) configuration for my things, but I've made it work magically in the main space of the bag and the other two pockets (separating books/notebooks from papers/tickets/brochures (I'm kind of a hoarder of little papers that remind me of trips) from everything else, and then small things I want accessible in the mesh zippered pockets on the inside of the main space. Topo also has super fun color combos and this bag is no exception (though I think it's probably an older color). Everything is so thoughtfully designed, from the water bottle holders, to the tabs you can clip things to, the handles, the straps (I don't use the duffel bag strap because I'm a small woman and hate duffel bags, but I keep the strap with me just in case)! I obviously love this bag and would recommend it to anyone, but especially overpackers. I know many people use this bag as their One Bag on travels, and I'm sure you could get a few days of clothes, shoes, and toiletries in this bag and a week's worth if you got creative. But it's a great bag and I have only great things to say about it! If you're in the market, you can't go wrong with this! (First pic is the day I got it in the mail and thought maybe it looked silly big on my frame, and the second pic is from the 20th+ time I've traveled with it and just wanted to prove how much I've stuffed into it!)"

Incredible!

"I took this, the Global Travel Roller, and a slightly larger checked bag for a 2 month journey around Asia. As soon as I got to my first destination, my checked bag fell apart. I had to repack everything into these two bags, using a another tote as a cabin personal item. Of course, I picked up more things, but the bags held strong. Quality zippers! I really underestimated how much space this backpack could hold. The design is impressive. I primarily used it for electronics (dslr, cameras, phones, tablet, laptop, tripod, power cables), magazines, and notebooks. The various compartments kept things organized and made it easy to repack quickly because you can easily remember what should go where. It weighed more than my Global Travel Bag, but none of the airlines bothered to weigh the carry-on (standard practice to extract more money) because of its low profile and the thick strap padding didn't dig into my shoulders. I'm 5'7" and 137lb, carrying 45lb effortlessly. Even at the very end of my trip, I needed to shuffle things around for a stop-over. A thick jacket that I had been carrying around in my personal item tote actually fit in here along with a change of clothes and toiletries. Everything else that had been in there packed to the brim I thought was still in there. And the bag still held a flat profile. It's definitely my new go-to!"

Perfect 3-Day Weekend Bag

"I’ve been looking for a functional bag for long weekend trips and this bag delivers perfectly. Spacious enough for my two 10L pack bags, two 5L, and my dopp kit. Not only the function I wanted, but the style I love! You won’t regret buying this bag."

Useful, Easy to Carry

"I like the multiple handles, straps, and options to carry the bag. Also, I think the design is pretty good. My only problem was that in the outermost side zip pocket, there are two smaller zip pockets inside. They are just too small/hard to reach into for me to utilize well."

Used for a 10-day trip to Panama

"Recently used this bag (along with small duffle bag) as my luggage for a recent 10-day trip to Panama. Worked great! I appreciated the low profile, especially for navigating travel that included water taxis and long walks between locations. Only thing missing is an attachable rain/waterproof cover, but I had an emergency poncho that I adapted and it did the job for a downpour. Overall I was impressed by the amount of items I could fit inside - using a large compression bag helped optimize packing clothes down & keeping separate from a pair of shoes + other items in main compartment. This bag also easily fit in all the overhead bins for a variety of bin sizes (only had to check it for a 9-person flight booked via FlyTrip) so never had to worry about spending time at baggage claim or lost luggage. 10/10 would recommend this bag!"

My Favorite Festival Bag

"Recently took this bad to Electric Forest and had plenty of space for the 4 days. The separate compartments make it easy to stay organized and keep clean/dirty clothes separate from each other. Highly recommend adding the organization and compression packs with this bag as it helps you fit the most into this bag. Straps are comfortable and had no problem using it as my carry-on bag"

Perfect travel bag

"We’ve always been big fans of Topo bags and this one is a favorite. Has so many interior pockets to stash smaller stuff as well as the large interiors that zip open completely to allow easy packing and unpacking. Very durable materials that feel like this bag will last a lifetime and then some!"
