Apex Global Travel Bag 30L - Final Sale

Not what I expected

"Not what I expected. My mistake. I have some of the TOPO "Black Grid" items I love but they are actual fabric-this item looks and feels like plastic. I am very disappointed in the look (and not wild about the design either now that it is in my hands) but I bought it on "Final Sale" so will not be returning. Look for it on eBay. . . NWTs. Lesson learned."

The side handle broke

"I was using the shoulder strap and it wasn’t even a full day of using it when it just snapped right off the bag. Cheap sewing which the bag fell right off me"

Third Topo Travel Bag and love it

"My wife and I have the 40L Global Travel Bag and have used and loved it for many years. I wanted something a bit lighter for shorter trips so picked up the Apex Global 30L. I love the smaller size and lighter weight, perfect for a week long trip. It still fits two Topo 10L pack bags and the dopp kit. Less room for gifts on the return but I could still take this on a multi-week trip and just do laundry more often. Waist belt is smaller than the 40L and it does not have the bright yellow interior, which I love on the 40L. Otherwise another 5 star hit from Topo."

Looks Great!

"While I haven't used it yet, the quality looks to be very good and the bag has a lot of versatility. Since I have never used an upscale travel backpack, I am a bit overwhelmed with all the straps and places to put straps. I'm not really sure when or how to use these hooks and would have appreciated some kind of booklet that explains how to maximize the features of this bag."

An almost perfect travel pack with NEEDED changes.

"An almost perfect travel pack, but it is in NEED of a few minor design changes. The main compartment NEEDS to be 2”-3” deeper. The water bottle pockets should be changed to be a more stretchy material, similar to what I’ve seen used on other packs, such as the Mountain Hardware Field Day 28. It needs an airport stash pocket on the top for quickly stowing keys, phone, earbuds, etc… The underside of the lid of the secondary compartment would benefit from two zippered compartments, like the underside of the lid of the main compartment. The pocket to store the backpack straps should have Velcro to seal them away."

Great 30L Bag

"Really solid 30L bag. Great for travel, lots of space for a weekend. Has backpack straps as well as a shoulder strap. Build quality is great, as expected from Topo bags. Love the design and material of the Apex Global line."
