A Thoughtful Bag
"This bag is a solid investment. I was looking for a larger tote bag that I could use for my daily work commute as well as for travel. I specifically wanted something large enough to carry everyday work essentials (e. g. , computer, tech accessories, lunch, water bottle, a spare pair of shoes if needed), but small enough not to overwhelm me. This bag is tough and thoughtfully designed. The pockets are great for organizing tech and other personal belongings during the workweek. It looks sharp without looking stuffy. It also works great as a carry-on when traveling. It has a luggage passthrough and fits right underneath the seat with no problem while sitting upright. I agree with other reviewers that the crossbody strap is too long (I’m 5’6”), and I do not use it. However, I was specifically looking for a tote bag, and I find the handles work great for carrying it over my shoulder."

Best bag I've had. Better than my Topo briefcase.
"This bag is the answer to all of my complaints about my old Topo briefcase, which I liked. It's got a touch more vertical room without being too tote-like, which means you can fit more normal things in it in addition to a laptop; its back sleeve has roomier capacity for my 15" macbook; it has a nice loose front pocket that I can just rest my water bottle in without any fear it will fall out; and while it's less of a straight rectangle and more of an almost-tote shape, it's not a full tote vibe, so it's a happy medium that still looks plenty professional. The back slot to slide it onto a luggage handle is also excellent so that you don't need to carry it on your back through an airport; it also has a hidden zip compartment on the inside of it for my wallet or passport. I got the Dark Pine/green version, and I've been super happy with how it looks and feels. Beautiful shade but still perfectly professional. It's just a lower stress way to pack up my work stuff than the traditional briefcase option was for me...and I say this as a 10-year user of a very durable Topo briefcase. It has no backpack straps, and the shoulder strap is meant to hang on your side, not across your body, so just know that. (I prefer it. ) The tote handles are also great when you want them but hang unobtrusively when you don't. Well done, Topo!"

Perfect!
"This is just what I was looking for! Its the right size, not too small, not too big. I love the water bottle holder inside. It is big enough to fit my water, smoothie or coffee vessel. The compartments are a good size and keep everything organized."

Professional and durable travel bag
"High quality bag with durable and weather resistanct material. It has tons of interior and exterior pockets that I love for packing various items (phone, water bottle, chargers, wallet, etc. ). The only negative for me is that this is clearly a product designed by men, for men. The strap is adjustable but due to the design, it cannot be shortened enough for me. I am 5'3" and the bag smacks against my knee at the shortest length. It would have been such an easy option to make the bag more adjustable"

A great personal item bag for European travel
"For those who prefer hand or shoulder carry for their personal item bags, this is a great option that meets the hard-to-find European airline 40/30/15 cm size limit for personal items when packed out. The bag loves to self stand, is well built, has nice stretch mesh inner pockets, a hidden wallet/passport pocket in the luggage pass through sleeve, and the material is very durable. It is a bit heavy and the material is quite crinkly, but a truly a “global” travel bag."

Check your size needs. Probably should have bought the briefcase
"I'm a fan of totes, I have a filson tote that I like but it doesn't have the luggage handle pass through or internal laptop sleeve. So when I saw the topo bag, I mashed the buy button. Here are some thoughts after the first travel use. Pros - quality construction, luggage hand pass through, laptop sleeve and internal pockets, looks good, feels good. . Cons - not wide enough to carry what I need (I want my lunch and computer and stuff in this bag at once), material is stiff - hard to get a 17" laptop in/out of the sleeve as you have to fight the zipper (not easy when you're stuffed in the economy seat). Hard to get things in out of the side zip. So net, I love the quality, look, feel, but am struggling with the size and access to my stuff. I realize I should have spent more time considering dimensions, and probably should have gone with the global briefcase."

High quality, stylish bag
"I love the look and utility of this bag. The inside bottle holder and water tight zippers…all of it was so thoughtfully created. I cannot wait to get the matching roller bag!"

It’s okay
"It’s fine. The construction and materials are good, but there’s not a lot of room inside. The yellow lining is very yellow."

My forever briefcase
"I'd rather be in the mountains, but since I have an office job, I needed a bag that would carry my laptop, files, personal items, etc. I am thrilled with my new Global Pro Tote. I fits all the stuff I need to carry AND there are pockets to spare. And here's the best part, it's really comfortable to carry on my shoulder. The shoulder strap is nicely padded and it just works."
