Domestic Shipping

We ship as fast as we can. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 3 days, but transit time varies up to 6 days depending on your distance from Colorado. For orders placed with expedited 2nd day air shipping we use UPS, so transit time only applies to weekdays and we cannot ship to PO boxes. 2nd day air orders placed by 2pm MST, Monday-Friday, will ship same-day. In-Store Pickup

Free shipping to our Topo Designs retail locations is available to residents of Colorado and California. If you choose in-store pickup as your shipping option, your package must be retrieved within seven days from when it arrives at the store. Please note, if you don't pick up your order in seven days it will be shipped to you and you will be responsible for shipping costs.

International Shipping

International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup which are not covered in our shipping rate. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Damaged Shipments

We vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to info@topodesigns.com.

Return Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Topo Designs and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund for the product. All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/defective when you received it. If you received a gift and don’t have the original packing slip, we’ll issue you a discount code good for online store credit.

1. Prep your return order by including the packing slip and note the reason for return. If you don't have the packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number.

2. Mail your return to:

3. Once your return is received and checked you’ll get an email notification that we’ve issued your refund. Depending on your payment method the refund will be completed in 5-7 business days to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal or Gift Card).

Exchanges

To exchange an item for something else, you’ll still send the item you wish to return back to us first. After we get the item back, we’ll give you online store credit to place your new order. Keep an eye on your inbox- the online store credit will be sent to the email address attached to the original order. We’ll also refund your shipping on the original order, so you don’t have to pay shipping twice. Please note the cost to ship back the original item is the responsibility of the customer.

2. Once received, we’ll email you with a code to use for store credit so you can place your new order.

3. We’ll refund the shipping on your original order.

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. Topo Designs warrants its products to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.
