We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 3 business days, but transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on your distance from Colorado. For orders placed with expedited 2nd day air shipping we use UPS, so transit time only applies to weekdays and we cannot ship to PO boxes. 2nd day air orders placed by 2pm MST, Monday-Friday, will ship same day. Free shipping to our Topo Designs retail locations is available to residents of Colorado. If you choose in-store pickup as your shipping option, your package must be retrieved within seven days from when it arrives at the store. Please note, if you don't pick up your order in seven days, it will be shipped to you and you will be responsible for shipping costs. Ship to store orders are processed as fast as possible, but might take 1 to 3 business days before they are available for pickup. Please wait for the email confirmation letting you know your order is ready before visiting the store to retrieve it.
International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered in our shipping rates. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
We've vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to email@example.com. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address for a second delivery attempt).
One of Topo Designs’ preferred couriers is UPS, and they offer a delivery management tool that some customers may find useful. UPS My Choice offers deeper tracking details, as well as personalized delivery options. Please be aware that some features are free while others are pay-to-use.
We want you to love everything you purchase from Topo Designs, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days and we’ll issue a refund for the product. Orders exceeding the 30 day window, or items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/defective when you received it. If you received a gift and don’t have the original packing slip, we’ll issue you online credit in the form of a Topo Designs Gift Card.

3. Returns are processed within approximately 2 weeks from when they're received. Once your return is processed and checked, you’ll get an email notification that we’ve issued your refund. Depending on your payment method, the refund will be completed in 5-7 business days to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal or Gift Card).
Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please include the packing slip and specify which item(s) you wish to exchange.
