Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping
We ship as fast as we can, most orders go out within 2-3 days. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.
International Shipping
Most international shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Shipping to Canada with UPS
Canadian Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.

Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$10, plus and applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.

Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery
Return Policy
If you purchased a product directly from us here at topodesigns.com and you are not satisfied for any reason, return it to us, unused and in the condition you received it in, within 30 days and we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Topo Designs products that are purchased from a retail outlet should be returned to the original place of purchase.

If you wish to return your product, email us at returns@topodesigns.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and items you wish to return. We will then contact you with further instructions for the return.

We take pride that our products are hand crafted right here in the good ole USA. As such, we stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products. Topo Designs warrants its products to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.
